The Ocean float room environment has a powerful and profound effect on the body’s ability to reset natural sleep cycles. One hour in a float session is the equivalent to 4-6 hours rest. This helps massively with general body fatigue, tiredness and jet lag, allowing your body to readjust it's circadian rhythm to the new time zone.
